The selling price is the price that meets our costs
and we will sell at.
The selling price may not always be the best price, but it meets our costs and it will be a quality Bearstone that is guaranteed!)
If you wish the entire listing we will gladly email it to you.
However, you must be name or style number specific when asking for a selling price.
*Please note that shipping/insurance is extra.
When you receive our reply email with the price(s) you may:
(a) Make a counter offer--to which we will respond, but generally (unless it is a large order) our cost/selling price will be unchanged.
(b) Accept the selling price.
(To accept a selling price email a request to purchase. If you include your shipping address this will put a "confirmed hold" on the bearstone. If you do not include your shipping address it will put a "temporary hold" on the bearstone and we will remind you that we will need a shipping address to confirm the hold.
A "confirmed hold" is an agreement to accept the selling price and purchase the bearstone. We set aside the bearstone as sold, pending receipt of remittance. A "temporary hold" is a tenative agreement to purchase at selling price. Without the shipping address we do not know where to ship the bearstone and cannot set it aside as sold.
(c) Not Respond--in which case we assume you are not interested at this time.
(d) Respond--declining a purchase at this time--and this is very courteous.

3. Personal Check
We will provide the address for this option to you in response to a "confirmed hold".
Shipping will be held for 7-10 days upon receipt of a personal check. We will notify you that we have received the check and will give you an estimated date of shipment. We will also notify you of the exact date shipping occurs.

Shipping is by Priority Mail/Insured, unless you specify otherwise and arrangements have been made to ascertain the cost of shipping by alternate means.
