Site will be judged on a one to ten scale for design layout, graphics, functionality, purpose, experience, and overall appearance. Total of points of these seven areas will determine which award will be given, if any. There are three awards, Gold, Silver and Bronze.
No adult sites, sites that sell things, illegal or offensive materials will even be considered. This includes copyright infringing sites. If at any time your site should contain any of the above mentioned, The ShadowRealm can retract the award at any time.
Site must be original in design or a great Internet resource. Sites that have borrowed graphics, list of links or heavy in banners will not be considered.
Sites must be viewable in all browsers and resolution.
Sites must contain original graphics, Stealing images is considered bad form and we do check to see if you link the image.
These are the things that we recommend of any good site:
Make it catchy and pleasing to the eye, your opening page should have a certain flare.
Make Frames an option, while they can greatly improve upon a site the viewer should have the choice
Long page sites are found to be completely useless, your front page doesn't need to go down so far that I feel like I will strike oil. Use good judgement a max of 5 PageDown buttons.
Sites may be resubmitted after major changes have been made to the site.
The award should link back to the ShadowRealm, but it is not required as this is a gift to those that have worked hard to earn it
