Rum Tum Tugger is the ladies' man of the tribe. You can usually find him checking out the queens or hanging with the "big boys". He doesn't seem to be very mature and everybody almost always sees him as a big joke-something to have fun with every now and then. It is only until Old Deuteronomys dissappearance that he shows he can be responsible. Even in the beginning of that song, though, everybody turns away from his suggestion and he must catch their attention. He likes to be in the lime light and makes sure everyone knows he had a hand in helping to bring the leader back. When Tugger doesn't have something, he wants it, but quickly looses interest in it afterwards. He's very undecided. Tugger is often seen flirting with the red queen, Bombalurina. Demeter doesn't seem to like him very much, despite her friend's clear attraction to him. Etcetera seems to be a very big fan of Rum Tum Tugger, and she is the one who screams the longest at the end of his song. Sometimes, he is seen as Munkustrap's brother. Another interesting fact is this: in the video, during the 'cat nap' he is seen with none other than Jennyanydots! |
