Ellen Page is a fifteen year old student of the Halifax Grammar School. Having attended the school her entire life, she is familiar with the park, and often runs there with her two year old puppy Braiden. Braiden is an energetic dog who requires lots of kind attention. Ellen is very active in sports, as she is on two or three soccer teams and a basketball team throughout the course of one year. She also enjoys running by herself, and playing badminton. She is a professional actress who has appeared in a couple of feature films and also starred in the popular TV show "Pit Pony."
Fifteen year old Quin Deacon is a newcomer to the Halifax Grammar School, this 2002 school-year marking just his second in the city. However a close location to Point Pleasent Park has made it one of his favorite locations to walk one of his two dogs, Poz and Oakley. Quin is an avid basketball and hockey player, and enjoys watching his favourite teams duke it out on television. He lives an active life, going for frequent jogs in the park alongtop of participating in his organized sports. He enjoys pets,
owning two playful dogs and two cats.
Josh Spatz is the newest member of the dog-walking team. He has lived for a long time in the South End of Halifax and is extremely familiar with the Park. Although he does not own a dog, he has the experience of dealing with his neighbours' dogs. He likes to relax outdoors, often opting to play basketball outside on his net, or head over to the Waeg for a game of tennis. He is also active in sports, playing on two basketball teams, a soccer team, and a badminton team each year.
