Answer: On the troop flag the colors are accidentially reversed. ON A BSA TROOP FLAG the red is on the top and the white on the bottom. It is reversed on the neckerchief, a mistake of the designer ASM Calvin Smith who designed it from memory. Click here to return to the image to compare.
