As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one. (Romans 3:10)

For all have sinned, and fallen short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23)

Wherefore, as by one man (Adam -ed.) sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned. (Romans 5:12)

But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8)

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 6:23)

So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. (Romans 10:17)

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9,10)

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Romans 10:13)
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus. (Romans 8:1)
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. (Ephesians 2:8,9)

WHAT DOES THIS ALL MEAN? It means you CANNOT earn your salvation by any means. YOUR salvation was purchased ONLY by the blood of Jesus Christ on the cross at Calvary. YOU can do nothing to increase it in any way. The only thing you can do is accept it as a free gift which is offered to you by God through prayer and asking Jesus to be your savior, to come into your life, and to forgive you of your sins. No amount of re-writing the Bible by anyone or any organization will ever change that fact.
