How does the 'hypothesis' of evolution effect us today? How does war, murder (including the recent wave of students killing their classmates), abortion, euthanasia and drug abuse tie in with the teachings of evolution? It all depends upon your world view. If your world view is that there is no God to answer to and you are just the product of millions of years of chance mutations; life is not treated as precious and holy by secular society and you, therefore, adopt that opinion, then what is there to convince you that it is wrong to take the life of others through abortion (the killing of the unborn) by war, murder or euthanasia, (the killing of those who have been born) or to destroy yourself through suicide or drug abuse if life is meaningless?
Did you know that every single piece of 'scientific' information introduced into the Scopes 'monkey' trial in Tennessee (whereby evolution was declared to be allowed to be taught in public schools on an equal footing with Creation) by the evolutionary 'experts' has since been disavowed by modern day evolutionary scientists and condemned as false data? One of these "scientific proofs" was a tooth found in Nebraska and alleged to be that of an ancestor of the human race which they referred to as 'Nebraska Man'. Many years later, this was proven to be a tooth from an extinct pig. Since all of the evidence presented in that famous trial has been thrown out, shouldn't that mean that the results of that trial should now also be overturned?
Finally, did you also know that Charles Darwin himself claimed that the final proof would be in the fossil record, especially in the 'transitional forms' whereby we are to see a creature in transition from one form (a monkey, for instance) into another (a human being)? What does the fossil record really say about the so-called transitional forms; how many have been found? (Hint: ZERO!) Those fossils found so far which were claimed to be transitional forms have all eventually been declared to be non-transitional by evolutionary scientists. The recent find in China of another bird/lizard fossil similar to Archeopteryx (a fossil of a bird which seems to have lizard-like features which even Stephen J. Gould, one of the most recognized anti-creationist/ pro-evolutionist scientists in the world today has agreed cannot now be categorized as a transitional form and is now considered to be 100% bird) will more than likely follow this same path.
The caretaker of the Museum of Natural History in London, England was asked why he did not include any photographs of transitional forms in a book he authored. He stated that after being the caretaker for approximately 28 years, and with several million fossils in the museum, he would have included a photo of a transitional form if he had ever seen one.
What about the human footprint found by the Leakeys in Africa in the '70's ( a photograph of which made the cover of National Geographic) which supposedly dated humans much later (younger) than the dinosaurs? Did you know that the Paluxy River in central Texas has many dinosaur footprints and tail-drags intermixed with very obvious human footprints in the rocky riverbed of a much higher quality print than the one found by the Leakeys? Each toe is clearly discernable in these prints as opposed to the vaguely human shape of the one print found by the Leakeys. A great deal of research has gone into this area. Where tracks disappeared beneath the river bank, excavation equipment was brought in and the earth was cleared away down to the level of the tracks…and guess what? They continued for many yards further beneath the earth. Why do the evolutionary scientists reject or ignore this evidence? Could it actually be that they have an agenda and will not be deterred? Perhaps it is the old "Don't confuse me with the facts, I have already made up my mind" syndrome. After all, their career is hanging on the line.
