Ingredients:(Serves 4)
Procedure:
Wash rice. Boil water in pan. Add rice and spread it in the pan. Turn down to low heat. Cook for 20-25 mins. The water should dry out. Remove from heat and keep covered for another 5 mins.
Spread the boiled rice in a flat plate. Add the ghee (or butter) and salt and mix carefully.
When the rice cools down, add the yogurt and ginger paste and mix well. Garnish with grated carrots and coriander leaves.
