"Bye, Bye, Bye"

Haylee, Sammi, Mandy, and Jaycee were all really good friends. They were all roommates and did everything together. "C'mon Jay...let's get goin!" Mandy
Yelled from the living room of their apartment. Sammi and Haylee were already out waiting in Haylee's car for them. They were all going with Haylee to look for a
new car. Finally, after waiting for about 15 minutes, Mandy and Jaycee came out to the car.
"Damn woman, what took so long?" Haylee asked.
"She was primping herself for the old car salesmen" Mandy replied laughing.
"Shut up! I'm going out with Nick later on" Jaycee added.
The 4 girls were huge fans of 'NSYNC and as they were driving down the street, NSYNC's new single "Bye, Bye, Bye" came on the radio. They all started flipping out and as Sammi reached to turn the volume up, Haylee lost control of the car.
"Oh shit!!" Haylee screamed.
When Mandy came to, she saw her best friend covered in blood and not moving. Sammi!" Mandy yelled.
Sammi slowly started waking up. For some very odd reason, the radio was still playing. "I'm not gonna make it" Sammi stuttered out.
"Sam, it'll be ok" Mandy cried out.
"Sorry, tell all my family and everyone else I love them" Sammi added. "And remember, no matter what, always the 'NSYNC posse" she said, trying to smile.
"Sam, no, no, don't go!" Mandy yelled. As Sammi's eyes closed, the last words of the 'NSYNC song played… "Bye, Bye, Bye(Bye, Bye)"...
Sammi was the only one in the car not wearing a seatbelt, she always said they bothered her shoulders too much. Haylee, Jaycee, and Mandy suffered only minor injuries. At Sammi's funeral, the 3 girls all wore shirts that said 'Always the 'NSYNC posse' and
put one in Sammi's casket.
It had been a few months since Sammi's death. Jaycee, Mandy, and Haylee left Sammi's room exactly as it was, nice and neat and 'NSYNC stuff all over. Every time they heard the song "Bye, Bye, Bye" they smiled and looked to the sky and blew a kiss to Sammi. The one thing they all 4 wanted, was to meet 'NSYNC one day.
One Saturday afternoon as the 3 girls were cleaning their apartment, they heard a knock on the door. "Who's there?" Haylee asked.
"It's me, Julie" they heard a voice say, Julie was Sammi's mom. As they opened the door, in walked Julie and 'NSYNC. The 3 girls just stood there in shock. "Sammi would want
this" Julie said. The girls started crying and they gave 'NSYNC hugs. "And don't feel guilty, because Sammi isn't here, don't worry girls, she's here all right" Julie said smiling. The girls took a big framed picture of Sammi and got a group picture taken with 'NSYNC.
"If you guys want, you’re invited to our concert tonight in Las Vegas" Jc said.
The girls looked at each other and smiled. "We would love to go" they replied.
They quickly got some bags packed and went to the airport with 'NSYNC. Julie went along too.
When they got to the concert that night, they went backstage. "We have some very special people here tonight" Joey said from the stage. "They lost a very special person in their life exactly 3 months ago today…Jaycee, Haylee, Mandy, and Julie, please come
out here, we have something to show you" 'NSYNC said, motioning for them to come on stage.
"At this time in the concert, we sing our latest single "Bye, Bye, Bye" Justin said. "From now on, when we sing this song in concert, we are dedicating it to Sammi" they added.
'NSYNC turned the girls around and on the big screen TV, there was a picture of Sammi and it said "'Bye, Bye, Bye'...dedicated to Sammi Greenwald, 1981-2000" and then underneath it, it said "Always the 'NSYNC posse." The girls started crying and gave 'NSYNC hugs and then the song began. As the girls were leaving the stage, they smiled and blew a kiss to the sky...
