This is a short story written by Kate. OMG and guess what it's not about me!!! LOL. I just thought it was good and decided to put it up here because she doesn't have a site to put it on. Enjoy!

"I want it that way!" we belted out as we were sitting in my car in the middle of the highway. Despite the fact that traffic was moving at a slow crawl, our moods were not going to be broken. We were headed for the N Sync concert at the Meadows and we were ecstatic to finally see the guys in person. "Am I your fire...your one...desire," I sang loudly as I tapped my fingers on the roof of my car.
"I want it that way!" screamed a high-pitched male voice. Gracie, Liz, and I looked at each other and laughed. "Where the hell did that come from?" asked Liz and we looked to our left where a bus was moving along at our pace.
"Ain't nothin' but a heartache," we sang loudly, hoping to get a response out of the guy in the bus for amusement.
"Ain't nothin' but a mistake," the guy responded and we finished the rest of the song.
I turned up my radio, to the annoyance of Liz in the backseat who was forced to sit next to the speakers and we listened to some Beastie Boys.
"Girls! All I really want is girls!" we sang to our song. We heard a chorus of voices from inside the bus going "bom bom bom bom-bom bom bom bom," and then the high pitched guy sang louder. "In the morning its girls!"
We laughed hysterically and finished the song. One guy poked his head out the window. "Hey girls!" he waved at us. My eyes widened as I recognized him. Hell, it was hard NOT to recognize him with those braids.
"Hey Chris!" I yelled back.
He grinned at ducked back in the bus for a second. "Do you have any grey poupon?" he asked and we all laughed.

"No, but I have some Twizzlers if ya want." He grinned. "You know what they say about girls with Twizzlers."
I acted all innocent. "No, what?"
He just shook his braids and laughed. "You don't wanna know!"
"Do y'all have any cool music up there?"
Chris nodded and ducked his head in back again. We heard a little scream and then Chris poked his head out the window again, dripping wet.
"Poor baby, did you fall in the toilet?" I asked, grinning. Liz punched my arm in excitement.
Chris made a face. "The albino got me with his Super Soaker. But Big Daddy's gettin' him back so its all good!"
We laughed. "You look like a drowned rat!" I yelled as the cars slowed to
"Crap," said Liz. "We're gonna be late for the concert.
"You dufus, if we're late, they're gonna be late too!" I said and pointed at the bus.
"Oh yeah," she said and blushed.
All of a sudden we heard loud music coming from the bus. The traffic was at an absolute standstill and Gracie opened the door to the car.
"If we're stuck here, I'm gonna stretch ma legs!" I groaned and looked at the bus again. All of a sudden "Baby Got Back" from Sir Mix-a-Lot came on and I glanced back at Liz.
"Oh we are so NOT going to do this!" she exclaimed.
I pushed open my door and then pulled hers open, yanking on her.
For no reason whatsoever, I started doing the dance we had made up awhile back to the song. The door to the bus opened and Chris came bounding out and launched himself at us. "HEEEELLLLP!!!!!"
Lance jumped down out of the bus with a HUGE neon monstrosity in his hands, shooting a huge spray of water at us. I looked at him shocked as the water hit us.
"Sorry," he said apologetically and put the gun up in surrender. Chris came out from behind me and smiled. "Do that dance you were doing."
"Uh...no."
"Come on...pwease?"
I groaned. "Only if you give me something."
He laughed. "Heheh, backstage passes?"
Liz grabbed my arm. "Okay, you're on." We did the dance to the rest of the song and when our backs were turned, the rest of the guys must have emerged from the bus. They stood before us clapping and cheering. I put my hands over my face and peeked through.
"I can't believe y'all watched that!"
Just then the song "Just a little bit" by Gina G. came on. "Oh my god, I have to dance to this song!" I said. I grabbed at the nearest guy and we started moving really fast. There was something about that song that just made my feet move of their own free will and I found myself looking up into Justin's face.
"Hi," I gasped as we kept dancing.
"Hey," he grinned and then we looked at the Lance, Chris, JC, Joey, Liz, and Gracie who had strange looks on their faces. "Wanna give them a show?" he asked.
I grinned knowing what he had in mind. We began to bump and grind to the song and I looked over Justin's shoulder to see Liz and Gracie with big grins on their faces. I figured everyone in the cars must be getting a pretty good show, but enjoyed myself while we danced. When the song ended, I detached myself from Justin and we looked at each other and then at the others who were cheering and whistling. Justin asked me a few questions about myself and I saw Liz and Lance talking and Gracie flirting with the others.
"So do you normally pick up girls on the street?" I asked, grinning at him.
"Ha ha," he said and looked at me, playing the flirting game, "only when they're as pretty as you."
I punched him in the arm and happened to glance ahead of us at the traffic starting up again. "Well, I'd better go," I said. The other guys had already started towards the bus and Chris was waving at me. I waved back.
"Okay, I guess I'll be seeing you at the concert."
"Yeah, only I won't get to see you," he pouted and looked at the bus which had started running again. He reached into his pocket and then got a panicked look in his eye. "Do you have a pen?" I shook my head no and he put a finger up and raced back to the bus.
I got back in my car and started it just as the car behind me honked. We pulled forward and then the traffic slowed again and I saw the door to the bus open. "Look, he's coming back," laughed Liz. "Probably wants to give you his number."
"He better be giving me those backstage passes Chris promised me."
"Uh, Justin, there's a problem," I said when he was done.
"What's that?" he asked.
"Isn't that your bus up there?" I asked and he glanced up to see his bus already a quarter mile away.
"Crap!" he said and looked around.
"You're not going to catch up to it. Just come with us and we'll drop you off."
He hopped in next to Liz and I could see her smile in the backseat. She thought Justin and Lance were the hottest of the group. When we pulled up to the venue, we all walked up to the gate. "I can get you those passes," Justin said, "But you'll have to come with me."
"That's cool," I said and told Liz and Gracie I would meet up with them inside.
Justin and I walked over to the side where they let the meet n greeters through and Justin started to walk through the gate. "I'm sorry, sir, no one gets in here but people with these passes." The guy flashed a green pass at us and Justin got a shocked look on his face. "I'm with the group though," he said and pointed at the picture of himself on the pass.
The guy looked skeptical and looked at the pic to Justin. "Sorry, sir, I can't let anyone through, you look like him, but so do a million other kids." He turned away from us and went to talk to another guy.
"Oh crap," said Justin, "What now?"
"Let's find another security guy and see if he'll call someone backstage and see if they are looking for you."
We headed over to another guy who refused to call backstage. "Look, I know the minute I turn my back, you kids will be pushing through here. Now get out of here."
Justin and I turned to each other again. "This doesn't look good," he said. "Maybe you should just go inside and find your friends and convince someone to call."
"Um, Justin, that might be a problem," I said.
He raised an eyebrow. "You don't have your ticket, do you?"
"No, Gracie has them. Since I was going in with you, I didn't think to get it from her."
"I think we are officially screwed," he said and looked at the growing number of cars in the parking lot. Once they start the meet n greet I can yell for one of the guys, but until then, I guess we have to hang out here."
I looked at the large amount of people tailgating and looked at Justin's face. "You're going to get mobbed," I said.
"Yup," he gulped.
I led him to my car and scrounged in the backseat and came up with a big green raincoat with a hood. "That's the best I can do for disguise...sorry."
Justin laughed. "Well, this is better than nothing! I can't believe this happened!"
"I'm sorry, its all my fault," I said and looked at him. He peered at me from under the hood. "Nah, its actually kinda fun. Besides, then I wouldn't have met you, now would I?"
I laughed at him and punched him in the arm. He grabbed my hand and we walked through the parking lot, to wait in the growing crowd of people waiting for the meet n greet.
"Hey, Justin, why don't you use your charms and get us some meet n greet passes? I'm sure some girl will give them to you, and then you can bring her inside afterwards or something. That way, we won't risk not seeing the guys."
He nodded. "Yah, and it might be fun to be a guest at my own meet n greet." He grinned and we looked around the crowd. A group of girls was decked out all in baby blue and one had a Tarheels jersey on.
I nudged him and he grinned. We walked over to the girls and the looked at us nonchalantly. "Yah?" asked one.
"Hey," said Justin, pulling off the hood so they could see his face and some of his hair. He put his finger over his lips so they wouldn't scream.
The girls eyes widened and one looked like she was going to faint. "J-J-Justin?"
He nodded and grinned at me. "Yah, look I have a little problem."
"Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god," said the NC jersey girl. "See, I kinda got separated from my friends and now I can't get inside...so I can't do the show unless I get a pass to get inside. The security guys don't believe me, but I can tell you all know who I am. If my friend and I could just borrow two of your passes, I'll let ya in right afterwards. And I'll even take pictures with you too," added Justin, aware of the strict policy.
Two of the girls quickly ripped theirs off and handed them to Justin and he handed one to me. "Thanks, girls," he said and he hugged each of them quickly. "Remember...ssssh," he said and winked, pulling the hood back up and putting his finger over his lips.
We waited until they started letting people inside and Justin thought it would be funny to get an autograph with his coat on.
"Where's Justin?" we heard some girls whispering when they saw only the four guys seated at the table.
When we got to the front of the line, Justin squeaked in a high pitched voice, "Oh Chris, I love you so much. Will you marry me?" Chris looked shocked and looked up at Justin in the green raincoat. A huge grin broke out on his face.
"Hey guys," said Chris. "Look who decided to grace us with his presence?" The guys grinned and Justin took off the jacket. "Look its Justin!" the girls screamed and scrambled towards him. I got some meet n greet and front row passes from Lance and took them to the two girls who were waiting patiently by the fence. "Here you go," I said and handed the passes to them.
The girls both shrieked and rushed past me. The NC jersey girl stopped and turned around. "Are you Justin's girlfriend?" she asked.
I shook my head and she smiled. "okay, bye!"
I wandered back over to Justin and pinched his butt, knowing he would jump. He whirled around with a shocked look on his face until he noticed it was me. "Oh hey!"
"Now Justin...about those backstage passes..." I smiled, and he nudged Lance who sighed and forked over three passes. "Thanks sweetie!"
Justin grinned, "Now give me some sugar!" he said and tapped his cheek and I kissed him quickly. The guys all laughed at us. I went back to my seat after the meet n greet and watched the concert from the front row. It was awesome and the guys were all amazing, especially Justin. I looked forward to seeing him backstage after the concert and then possibly later on, since I still had his number written on my hand...but the future was another story entirely :)
