Everett's made it a double in the 2005 Baseball World Series, with both Carl Everett batting for the Chicago White Sox and Adam Everett appearing as short stop for the Houston Astros. Carl of course came out on top in this battle, helping the sox break their curse and become World Series Champions.

The Everett Silvertips played their inagural season in 2003/04, and they have now made it through to the WHL playoffs for the third season in a row.

In the athletics world
Danny Everett won the bronze medal at the 1988 Seoul Olympics in the 400 meters, and was part of the gold medal winning 4*4 relay team. His fastest time for the 400 meters is 43,81 seconds, set on 26, June 1992 in New Orleans.

Jim Everett, a 6'5" quarterback, was a member of the 1989 LA Rams American Football side when they won the super bowl.  He retired in 1997 ranked twelfth in NFL all time greats.  He is now a coach and lives in California.
