Shipping and Handling Suggestions/Policies
| Please try to send us clean, unassembled parts
for coating. This saves much
time and effort and we can therefore provide quicker turnaround and
cheaper processing costs for everyone. Remove and keep all springs, plastic or wooden
furniture. This allows for lighter, smaller and less
theft-prone packaging. |
|
| Print a hardcopy of our order form and include with your order to
us. We will email you upon receipt of your shipment and we will
email you when we ship back to you. We
also encourage emailing us for checking on order status or other
questions or concerns. If you have a tracking number for your
shipment, email it to us so we can be looking for your order. |

| Shipping to
us: First...UNLOAD your firearm!!!
Pack your parts with care. In most cases we will use the packing
materials sent with your parts for return shipping. Be especially mindful of long parts
such as barrels. Make sure there is sufficient padding on each end.
Barrels can easily punch through the end of a box if not packed
carefully. Wadded newspapers make good packing. Tape a rounded wad of
newspaper to each end of your rifle barrel. Also be mindful of
delicate sights. Pack small parts in doubled plastic bags. If
possible, remove and keep all springs, plastic, or wood furniture.
Note: Parts sent un-oiled "in the white" can flash rust due
to condensation, if enclosed in plastic bags. Break rifles down
at the pivot point, if possible, to make a smaller, less conspicuous
package. (Note: If we time your barrel, be sure
that the carton you send your parts to us in, is long enough to
contain the COMBINED barrel and receiver.) Do NOT indicate on the package that there is a firearm
inside. We are not responsible for freight
damage or lost or broken parts. (You can't ship a handgun via US
Mail unless you are an FFL holder). UPS requires "Overnight"
or "Next Day Saver" for handguns. We recommend insuring
your parts. |
|
| We accept PayPal, cashier's checks, money orders, purchase orders, and
personal checks, however personal checks will delay your processing
until your check clears. We gladly accept personal checks from
established customers. Please make checks payable to: PCS,
