Quite simply, the Cartman Clan is a group of fans of the show "South Park" who have banded together online, and come up with this silly little name for themselves. This site is meant to serve as an outlet of not only information about the Cartman Clan and its members, but as a forum for the Cartman Clan's members to present original South Park material that they have come up with to the general websurfing audience.
