      Alson was invited by Sing Pao, a local newspaper, to write this article to comment on HK Government' s funding policy.

-2004年世界錦標賽在上海舉行, 赤柱龍舟協會兩位正副主席及秘書有幸獲邀擔任IDBF工作人員，趁機訪問了很多運動員、教練、裁判和國際龍聯委員，耳聞目睹很多龍舟新氣象、新格局，事後副主席寫了這篇詳實評論 (中文)。
Alson & Edwin (Chairman and Vice-chair of Stanley Dragon Boat Assn) together with Connie the Secretary acted as IDBF race officials in the 5^th World Championships in Shanghai in October 2004. Afterwards Edwin wrote this feature commentary on the sport of dragonboating in HK and the world (Chinese text, sorry, but you can use free translation software below to view it )
