This site is all about my VW Beetle which I've owned for the last 5 years.  I have always liked Beetles so when someone told me they where selling thier old Bug I managed to get the money together to buy it.

I drove it around for a couple of years in the condition I bought it in and as I got more involved with the Beetle scene, attending the numerous VW events in the UK during the summer, I decided I was going to give a trusty car a face lift.

The bodywork was pretty rusty so a lot of it had to be cut away and new panels welded in thier place.  My boyfriend, Dave, did a lot of the work himself and once the engine had been sorted, he resprayed it in it's new colour scheme and it was back on the road again.

But not for long!!...

I love my car and I was happy with the way it looked but after seeing so many beautiful cars and campers around during the summer shows, I knew I hadn't finished yet!!

So once again, my lovely bug went back to the bodyshop for another facelift.  This time it was gonna be a real showstopper!!
