MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING

BUSINESS ARISING FROM MINUTES

• Standing orders were Approved; Moved Rob McCloskey seconded Phil Skipsey.
• No private insurance allowed.
• Bill Beeton will represent association to Stevenson Oval committee this season & we appreciate his help.
• Fixtures officer position Filled by John Chattilon, ####### & thank you for filling the position.
• No cash accepted for any registrations. All monies must be accompianed with Association deposit slip & rego form.

TREASURERS REPORT

Thankyou to Clubs who have sorted out late fee’s. All funds for Rego’s to be in by May meeting or points will be deducted from teams.

REFEREES REPORT

All people interested in becoming Ref’s Contact Wayne Campbell. No Jewelry nothing in eye Brows, Wedding bands may be tapped over. Glasses must be secured properly.

Each team must supply at least a Net, 2 Corner flags & a soccer ball as a minnimum. Medical bracelets are allowed if covered ref & opposition captain to be informed prior to play.

GENERAL BUSINESS

• Managment Committee looking towards becoming Incorporated.
• Pre season comp a huge success Newcastle Tabernacle won higher div (1 to 4), Toronto won lower div (5 to 8).
• Possible changes to next year’s Pre season format feedback on ideas requested.
• Request for Judicary rep’s.
• Request for 13 y/old girl to play for Grainery, moved Michael Ward seconded Clare Barret, Voted on Carried Unanimously.
• Looking into First aid.
• Rego no’s to done for just after easter.
