BUSINESS ARISING FROM MINUTES

• Costs of rego FEES $95.00 for Men & Ladies. $40.00 For Boys & Girls under 18.
• No private insurance allowed .
• Bill Beeton will represent association to Stevenson Oval committee this month.
• Fixtures officer position still vacant
• All Club’s to supply email address.
• No cash accepted for any registrations. All monies must be accompianed with Association deposit slip & rego form.

TREASURERS REPORT

Some Clubs still owe fee’s. Thankyou to Clubs who have sorted out late fee’s. We also owe some reimbursement’s.

REFEREES REPORT

All people interested in becoming Ref’s Contact Wayne Campbell on ######## or Tony Vidray on #######. Kevin went over topics Inc, Jewellery, Starting times & having required equipment ready on time.

Tony covered topics such as Slide rule, Racist & foul comment’s. Tony will investigate the legitimacy of short sponsor’s in relation to FIFA Circular No 807.

GENERAL BUSINESS

• Delegates to view standing orders and vote on acceptance at next meeting.
• Roy Fitzsimmonds asked about rising costs of ladies Registrations.
• Pre season comp cost per team only $30.00 per team.
• Request for Judicary rep’s.
• Stevenson Park, not available 12th July, usage 3&4 & sometimes may use no 1.
