Beau's Reflection / Beau

Should you not know, Monica is my daughter and is pictured here with Beau. Beau is a buckskin Arabian/Mustang mixed blood. He has the looks and disposition of the Mustang but definitely has the moves of the Arabian. He is really quite a pretty horse.

When Monica first started working with Beau it was as a pleasure horse. Then because she found out that he loved to run, she decided to use him as a barrel horse, which was fun for both of them and they did well. But Monica's real training was English riding, which she had done for years before she owned a horse and she decided to try to train Beau in that direction as a jumper. They were doing well together and Beau showed a love for jumping also. His ability on jumping was up to 4'6". However, this pass spring he had an injury and is still recovering. He is in training again but this time to help heal the injury. Through it all, they both have formed a bond and love for each other.
