Mission
Fundamental to my vision is the belief that learning is enjoyable in and of itself and
that ongoing study is essential. The Learning Tower, therefore, is dedicated to
broadening and promoting ongoing learning and to the many students I have tutored over the
years. They have touched my life as surely as I have theirs in stimulating a contagious
thirst for acquiring knowledge, understanding and striving for excellence and achievement.
The Learning Tower is also dedicated to the new students I will teach in the hope
that they too will get excited about the adventures in learning.

This Web Site features an assembled a list of people, books, ideas, movements, battles,
and time lines to allow you to have an overview of the events that shaped our world. Each
link page leads to on-line references for further studies. Other educational departments
provide helpful tips as well as useful links.
