Why to motivate
In this step, you will pre compose 2-4 sentences which you will chant rythymically 6 times after doing step 2. These sentences will prepare you for meditation.
1. Sentences must be positive. ex, I AM good. not, I WON'T be bad.
They should be short 'n' sweet.
The sentences should be in present form.
They should deal with emotional or spiritual matters. Not physical or matierial things.
Now you are prepared to meditate which is really what yoga is all about!!
