In a bright flash of light, you appear on the streets of a crowded city.  The faint scent of salt can be caught on the breeze beneath the filth and squaller.  A multitude of stores and shoppes line the street while all around is a pressing mob of diverse races and cultures hurry about to their own affairs. Overhead, a hovercycle speeds by followed closely by a griffin and its
young Cyber-Knight rider.  Across the way can be seen two mutant bats haggleling with a merchant.  The smaller of the two who can be proclaiming in a high squeky voice "I'm not a
BAT!  I'm a Chadra' Fan!."  Down the road, an insectiod D-Bee enters into a large building accompanied by a giant hydra who sticks its multiple heads in through both windows and door.

And you shake your head wondering "Where on earth am I?
If indeed this is earth...."
