Instructions: Cut out the numbers and put in a small clasp envelope. The student should put the numbers in order, then touch and count by 1's or 5's out loud. Make sure the student puts the numbers in columns according to the colors. To add more structure you might want to draw and laminate a grid for the student to place the numbers on.
