There were not one but two serious electro-mechanical failures of our L.H.S. car. Either incident could have resulted in death or injuries to others.
The Big Automobile Manufactuer would not allow dealership mechanics to inspect the car for defects. Legal action was taken by us after every effort was made to have the manufacturer address the problems and give us an answer as to why the vehicle failed. Thus fair justice has not prevailed for the average American family concerned with safety and lives. Summary of Judgement to repute erroneous and false statements by the auto manufacturer's attorney Our attorny requested oral arguments to be heard with true facts and documentation by the court. A decision for Summary of Judgement was given the Big Automobile Manufacturers without our right taken into consideration to refute false statements. We have taken our legal actions to the Supreme Court in Knoxville, TN "Honorable Judges, let out Voice be heard with true facts and proofs that the auto manufacturer had done nothing to correct the defects and problems. They ignored a mandate by NHSTA of Washington DC to fix the problems and defects." Our quest is for Justice by the Supreme Court to overturn the Summary of Judgement. Let our Legal Action be heard by the Court and a Jury. To quote Bill O'Reilly's Factor on Fox News Channel, "We report the News, You Decide." Are you concerned with Automobile Safety and Lives?? We believe safety and lives do matter and that every American has the right to drive a safe vehicle. We are asking every American who reads or hears our message to come forward and speak so that the Big Automobile Manfacturers will be held accountable for their products. If we are denied our right by the Supreme Court to hear our legal action and to present the true facts, then you the people will decide whate we must do. We will invite everyone to a Public Forum at the Civic Auditorium where a video will be shown with the facts presented. We will place our faith in You the People. We will notify you the the Supreme Court's decision in the outcome of our case. Will Justice prevail for the average American family?
