Registration fees

The registration fee is :

USD200, if paid on/before 30 November 2001
USD250, if paid after 30 November 2001

The fee entitles the participants to all scientific sessions, admission to exhibits, programme booklet, refreshments and lunch during the conference, the welcome reception and the banquet.

Payment

Payment may be made by the following methods:

• Checks (payable to OCTA-APCAS/18PCC)
• Bank draft (payable to OCTA-APCAS/18PCC)
• Bank transfers: (Addressed to OCTA-APCAS/18PCC, Philippine National Bank, Harrison Plaza Branch, Manila, Philippines; Checking Account Number:222-830545-9; attach a copy of the transaction to your registration form).

Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Cancellation

Cancellation of registration may be done in writing before 15 December 2001. In this case, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refund will be made if the cancellation notice is received after 15 December 2001.
