Dr. Joan Marques has more than 20
successful years in advertising, radio- and television production,
show-hosting; and dynamic entrepreneurship, executed in two continents:
South America (Suriname), and the USA (Burbank, CA). She has founded
and managed a business and a non-profit organization prior to her
migration to the U.S. Dr. Marques holds a B.Sc. in Business Economics
from MOC (Suriname), an MBA from Woodbury University; a Doctorate (Ed.D)
in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University, and a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Social Sciences from Tilburg University. She has done
significant research on the topics of "spirituality in the workplace", "Awakened Leadership",and Buddhist psychology in management, and has (co-)authored a wide variety of articles as well as 18 books,
pertaining to workplace contentment, leadership, and workplace spirituality for
audiences in different continents of the globe

Dr. Satinder Dhiman has guided business leaders for the last 28 years, and served for 10 years as a Senior Lecturer in Commerce at DAV College in North India. He has co-authored various textbooks in the area of accounting and management. He currently serves as Professor of Management and as Associate Dean of Business at Woodbury University. Dr. Dhiman won ACBSP's prestigious International Teaching Excellence Award in 2004 and the Steve Allen "Excellence in Education" Award in 2006. He holds a Masters degree in Commerce (with Gold Medal) from Panjab University, India; a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University and a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Social Sciences from Tilburg University. He has completed Executive Leadership Programs at Stanford, Harvard, and Wharton. His current research interests include transformational leadership, spirituality in the workplace, and sustainability.

Dr. Rauf Khan has been active over 30 years in various academic, social, and business settings worldwide. He has served as Dean of the College of Business Administration at Dubai University, UAE; Senior ILO Advisor in Management Development at the UN; and Consultant of the Asian Development Bank, Manila, Philippines. He conducted programs for senior Chinese government and business officials, and Japanese business owners and managers, with advisory and consulting travels through Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Pacific Rim, and the Far East. Dr. Khan is affiliated to CalState Los Angeles, as Professor of Management. His teaching, research and publications are focused on Comparative Management, International Business, International Trade, Multinational Management, International Organizational Behavior, Culture, Japanese Management, Productivity Problems of developing countries, Leadership and Change, and related areas.
