2. League will consist of 10 franchises. Franchises will be aligned into two 5-team divisions. The divisions will be known as the Hold'em Division and the Omaha Division.
3. Each team will play a 13-game regular season schedule to determine which teams advance to the play-offs.
4. The top 6 teams will participate in the Poker Bowl Play-Offs. The remaining teams with participate in the Toilet Bowl Play-Offs
B. TEAM ROSTERS
1. TEAM ROSTERS (20 PLAYERS + 1 OPTIONAL INJURED RESERVE)
   a. 2 Quarterbacks (QB)
   b. 2 Runningbacks (RB)
   c. 3 Wide Receivers (WR)
   d. 1 Tight End (TE)
   e. 8 extra players. Can be any QB, RB, WR, and/or TE you wish to draft.
   f. 2 Kickers (K)
   g. 2 Defensive Teams (DT)
   h. DRAFT & ROSTER LIMITS - You may draft any mix of players you wish for your 8 extra QB, RB, WR or TE's, however your drafted roster may not exceed these total limits: 5 RB's, 2 K's, 2 DT's. You may draft as many QB's as you wish, however you may not draft QB's from more than 3 different NFL teams. You may draft as many WR's or TE's you wish. Once the draft is complete, the only roster requirements which need to be followed are that your team must A) be able to field a full correct lineup each week, and B) must have exactly 2 kickers and 2 defensive teams at all times - no more/no less.
   i. INJURED RESERVE - In addition to your 20 man roster, each team will have 1 Injured Reserve spot available. For a player to be qualified to be placed on IR, he must have either A) missed the preceeding weeks game or B) be listed as "DOUBTFUL" or "OUT" on the Official NFL Injury Report for the upcoming week. Injured Reserve players may remain on IR until the week following their return to play. They may be removed prior to returning to play in any week. By placing a player on IR, you will be allowed to make a Waiver or Free Agent claim to place onto your 20 man roster (which would be at 19 players with 1 player on IR), with out dropping a player . However when moving a player from IR back to your main roster you will have to drop a player from your roster or place another player on IR. You may release a player from IR at any time with no penalty. If you do not remove a player from IR the week following that player's return to play, the player will automatically be dropped at that player's gametime for the week or Sunday at 10 AM, whichever comes first. Defensive Teams may not be placed on IR. Your IR spot may be used prior to week 1, if a player qualifies under condition "B" listed in this section.
2. STARTING LINEUPS (10 PLAYERS + 1 OVERTIME PLAYER)
   a. 2 QB
   b. 2 RB
   c. 3 WR
   d. 1 TE
   e. 1 K
   f. 1 DT
   g. OVERTIME PLAYER - In addition to each 10 player starting lineup each team will submit a 11th starter to be used as an Overtime Player (OT). The OT player may be any offensive player (any position but a DT). The OT will only be used if the score of the game is tied in regulation. If no OT player is submitted, the 2nd Kicker on a teams roster will be the default. If a teams 2nd Kicker is on a bye week, they will receive zero points for their OT player for any week necessary. All points earned from OT players will NOT be included in weekly scoring totals.
   h. ROSTER DEADLINE - Rosters must be emailed to the Commissioner and your opponent by 8:00 AM on Sunday. If no roster is sent in, the previous weeks roster will be used.
   i. EARLY GAME RULES - There is a game on Thursday, September 8th (which is actually before the official season starts) between the Oakland Raiders and the New England Patriots. Players on these teams may be placed into your starting lineup 90 minutes prior to kick off of the game (Kick Off is 6 PM). All Raiders and Patriots are ineligible to be claimed after Wednesday, September 3rd at 6 pm,. They will be eligible to be claimed beginning at the Waiver Claim period following the conclusion of all games in Week 1.
   j. EARLY GAME DEADLINE - If there are any other early games during the season (two Thursday games week 13 & three Saturday games week 16), any players playing in games on those days, must be denoted as starting or benched 90 minutes prior to kickoff of that game.
   k. MONDAY NIGHT RULE - Any players playing on Monday Night may be held out of your starting lineup submitted on Sunday, then be choosen up to 90 minutes before the Monday Night game. You will have to have an unused spot in your starting lineup to take advantage of this, and you will need at least 2 eligible players to choose from. This situation will most likely be effective for a questionably injured player where you also have that player's back-up on your roster.
3. DRAFT
   a. DRAFT DATE - The draft will take place on Sunday, August 28th at 11 AM. Plan on a 2 hour draft on this day. The draft will take place at a place at 4129 First Ave., Apt 3A, Zip Code 92103.

   g. POSITION ELIGIBILITY - Position eligibility will be determined by these lists QB, RB, WR, TE, K, DT. If there are any questions as to the position eligibility of a player that may not be on these lists, please clarify prior to selecting the player. These lists may also be helpful in creating your draft list, as the scoring system used on the site is almost identical to ours.

*All Players receive points for statistics earned by Offensive or Kicking Scoring. Players DO NOT receive points for statistics earned that fall into the Defensive Scoring categories. Example: If Santana Moss (Wide Receiver on Washington) scores a Touchdown on a Punt Return, Moss receives zero points for the play, however the Washington Defense would receive 6 points.
5. NEW PLAYER CLAIMS
   a. NEW PLAYER CLAIMS - Each team will be allowed to claim new players during the entire season.
   b. WAIVER/FREE AGENT PERIODS - There are two periods to pick up new players during each week. Claims prior to 10pm on Wednesday each week (Waivers) and claims between 8am on Thursday until 6pm on Saturday (Free Agents). The dark period from 10pm Wednesday to 8am on Thursday is to allow the commissioner to email out announcements of Waiver Claims and/or Trades. Any Free Agent claims made between 10pm Wednesday and 8am Thursday will not be honored until noon on Thursday of the week.
   c.    d. MULTIPLE WAIVER CLAIM LISTS - You may submit a list of multiple players each week, even if you only plan on picking up 1 player. You will need to specify how many players you want from your list(s). Example: if you need a Runningback for a week, you may submit a list of 5 runningbacks with instructions for me to pick up just 1 when it is your turn to select in the Waiver Order. You can submit multiple lists, or have me pick up multiple players from the same list.
   e. NFL IR EXEMPTION - When a player in the NFL is placed on the NFL Injured Reserve list, they are officially ruled out for the season. If this happens to a player on your fantasy roster, you will be able to make a Waiver/Free Agent claim at no charge to your claim limit. The only condition is you must drop the player on the NFL IR list.
   f. RELEASING A PLAYER - For any Waiver/Free Agent claim, a player must be released from your roster, unless a player is placed on your fantasy rosters' IR spot.
   g. NEW PLAYER CLAIM LIMITS - Teams are allowed to make up to 12 Waiver/Free Agent claims during the whole season. Be advised that the Play-Offs fall under this limit, so it would be beneficial to leave a couple claims available for the play-off weeks. (See Fees & Prizes for more info.)
   h. FREE PRESEASON WAIVERS - All preseason claims are first come - first served (no waivers). No preseason claims will be allowed after 10pm on Saturday, September 10th (All Raiders & Patriots players may not be claimed after 10pm on Wednesday, September 8th.) All preseason claims are free and do not count against your 12 new player claim limit.
   i. *PLAY-OFF EXCEPTION - During the Play-Offs, the teams in the Poker Bowl Play-Offs get first shot at all waiver claims before the Wednesday deadline. Free Agent claims after the Wednesday deadline will occur as normal, first come-first served.

If a trade is protested, a vote of the teams in 3rd place, 5th place, and 7th place teams will be required. A majority is needed for either decision. If a trade is protested, and the trade is ruled valid, the protesting owner will incurred a $2 penalty, if the trade is overturned no fee with be charged. Protest are allowed on all trades during the preseason and regular season. Protests must be submitted within 24 hours of the email announcing the trade. (If any of the 3-5-7 teams are involved in the trade that is protested, the next team lower in the standings which is not involved in the deal will be substituted for the vote process. This includes all teams in the trade AND the team which made the protest.)

The remaining four play-off teams (Wild Cards) will be the teams that have the highest standing point totals for the season, regardless of division.
   b. PLAY-OFF SPOT TIE BREAKERS - The first tie breaker for Play-Off seeding will be Points Scored for the entire Regular Season. The second tie breaker will be best record. The third tie breaker will be head to head record. The fourth tie breaker will be most number of high score weeks.

   d. HOME FIELD ADVANTAGE - Play-Off games will be purely head-to-head, with 1 modification. In each game the team which scored the most points during the season will receive an advantage. The advantage will be equal to half of the average point differential between the season totals of the two teams. Example: If Team A plays Team B in the play-offs, and Team A scored 102.5 points per game during the regular season and Team B scored 94.5 points per game, Team A would have outscored Team B by 8 points per game, resulting in a 4 point advantage during the play-off game. The two week 14 winners will then face the two teams which lost in the first round of the regular play-offs in week 15. The week 15 winners would then face off in the Toilet Bowl week 16. There will be NO Home Field Advantages used in the Toilet Bowl Play-Offs.
