31st show at PDHS has been cancelled due to some BS that went down with the
administration over there.
We need to set up a show or somethin cause we need to play again. If anyone has

"STEP
UP" 2003 DEMO COMPLETED
We have finished
recording our first demo, entitled "Step Up". It has Sanguine,
Catalyst To Insanity, Step Up, and Get Pissed on it, plus an Introduction we
made. You can download the 4 songs directly from MP3.com by clicking the link
above or here. The demo will be
available for free. You can get it from any member of the band, or if you live
far away and want it mailed, send an e-mail to JustifiablyParanoid@hotmail.com
