Psycho Mantis is the brain washer of the group, he is in charge of keeping all the soldier loyal to Liquid's rule. He mind control's Meryl, making Snake's job far more harder, but is easily killed if you place your controler in the second port. His past is filled with trauma, but almost simular to Solid Snake's, his mother died at child birth, and his father hated him for it. He went a bit crazy blacking out, and destroying his whole village, his looks are not pretty in anyway. More info soon.
