Valkan Raven is a Native American Souix who was born in Alaska. He is a powerful Shaman, with tattos of ancient symbols, and a large raven on his forehead and body. He is relatibely strong, and beleives snake to be a mighty warrior. He first appears driving a tank, but later he is the first boss before the final. In that fight, his handles a massive gattling gun, and you must stop him with either a stinger missle launcher, or your Nikita.
