Vander is Ren Rosso's twin brother, and a villanous psychic. He was taken at birth by the government of Arc Haven. There they trained him and experimented on him, thinking he was Ren. When he found out they goofed he went mad and killed his captors. He then went on a search for his twin brother Ren Rosso. Vander is only motivated by his wantingness to kill his brother. He has even killed his father convinced that he was responsible for what happened to him.
Vander is one of the Silver Dragons' three true enemies - the other two are Sigma Faust and Deimos. The rest, except Sigma's son Eclipse, are all, in one way or another, Vander's puppets in his neverending attempt to wipe out Ren and his allies. Vander has evolved past all emotion and cares only for the destruction of his enemies.
