The Goblin King
The Goblin King is lord and master of the regions under Fairyland. The goblins, the stones, and the occasional captured fairy work to carry out his will on the unsuspecting mortals of the world. Every plot that is hatched to amaze, confuse, and/or harass either humans or fairies can be traced back to him (or so he claims). And just when you think you've outwitted him, he suddenly appears saying, "I knew you would figure it out eventually!" and congratulating you on a lesson well learned.
