FINAL FIGHT
Guy learns from his friend Cody and gym mate Haggar that Jessica has been kidnapped. Deciding to use his Bushin skills, Guy joins the team and goes out to defeat Mad Gear. Guy definitely defeated Sodom, and also was the one who killed Belger.
FINAL FIGHT REVENGE
Unbelievably Belger was resurrected. Guy warned Haggar about Mad Gear making a come back, and Guy went to destroy them once and for all. He defeated the zombie Belger.
FINAL FIGHT 2
Guy wasn't in this as a playable fighter, but he is seen in he end sequence, thanking Maki and Carlos after they saved his girlfriend. Guy could not join the team this time because he was in..
STREET FIGHTER ALPHA 2
Guy is seeking M. Bison, after learning he is a great evil. He learns that his girl friend and his master's master Genryusai is captured by a reformed Mad Gear, but he can't stop them. He relies on Haggar and co. to save them. He meanwhile seeks out Bison.
STREET FIGHTER ALPHA 3
Guy defeated his master in a match. He is now a Bushin master. Now he is seeking out answers about Bison and other things. He meets Rose, and wanted to join her to defeat Bison, but she said "No". However, Guy later found Rose injured after she fought Bison. Guy took Rose to a hospital.
FINAL FIGHT 3
Guy goes back to Metro City, which was taken over by the Skull Cross gang. They take on and defeat the gang members, and Guy goes with Haggar, Lucia and Dean to do this. After this, Guy goes missing. Maki, from Final Fight 2, is looking for him.
Where he is now:
Unknown. Guy went missing after Final Fight 3, and has not been found/seen. Maki is looking for him though.

Cody likes fighting. He likes it a lot. And this got to his downfall in the end. His style is Street Fighting, and he has got some powerful moves.
FINAL FIGHT
Cody learns that his girl friend Jessica, has been captured by the Mad Gear gang! He goes off with Haggar and training partner Guy to rescue her. The story of what happened in Final Fight is that Cody didn't do level 4, Industrial Area, but did Level 5, Bay Area. He then met up with Guy and Haggar and cleared Uptown.
FINAL FIGHT REVENGE
Jessica is missing. Mad Gear is back! However, Guy is going off after Belger, whilst Cody and Haggar are trying to save Jessica. However, Poison tells Cody to meet her at the cemetery, and he does. However, he is arrested by Edi.E! This makes sense story line wise, as the game is set after Alpha 2 (Cody is in the background of Guy's stage in his normal clothes) but this game before Alpha 3.
STREET FIGHTER ALPHA 3
Cody manages to escape from prison, and sets off to find Guy and co., whilst still having fights with people. He realises that he never was a hero, he was just faking it. He just loved fighting. Cody did see Guy, and Guy tried to put Cody on the side of good again, but Guy realised that it was up to Cody to do what he wanted to do with his life. Cody was dumped by Jessica sometime between Alpha 2 and 3.

These games are set before Final Fight, and Haggar is a wrestler, not a mayor. His wife is dead, but Jessica is with him (she is with Haggar in the intros)
FINAL FIGHT
Haggar is the newly elected mayor, and promises civilians he'll get rid of Mad Gear. Then Mad Gear get his daughter Jessica! He goes on a rampage with Guy and Cody to get her back.
FINAL FIGHT REVENGE
Jessica is missing. Haggar is not happy that:
a) Jessica is gone-AGAIN after he promised nothing bad would happen to her again.
b) Mad Gear are back and they have Jessica.
Haggar got Jessica back.
FINAL FIGHT 2
Mad Gear are back under a new leader, and they have got Guy's girlfriend Rena and Guy's Master's Master Genryusai! Haggar goes to beat up tons of people with Maki, Rena's sister. Also come along Carlos, friend of Haggar. They beat Mad Gear and its new leader Retu, and slam him out of a window. This is set just after Alpha 2.
FINAL FIGHT 3
Metro City is in trouble. Mad Gear are gone but now the Skull Cross gang are here. Haggar goes with Guy, Lucia and Dean to beat them all up and save the city from a sinister new threat. They win, but Haggar realises that he can't save Metro City, and gives up being mayor. This game is set after Street Fighter Alpha 3.
STREET FIGHTER 3 2ND IMPACT
To prove Haggar goes back to being a wrestler, complete the game as Hugo and one of the endings for Hugo says something like Hugo is up against Haggar tonight!
Where he is now:
After Final Fight 3, Haggar realised that it is just to hard for him to get Metro City completely gang free- there are just to many gangs. So he gives up being mayor and goes back to his wrestling roots, and returns to the ring.
CARLOS

Carlos had his life saved by Guy and Haggar, and when he learns the Mad Gear have reformed asks Haggar if he can help. Haggar agrees, and he sets off to destroy Mad Gear. The team succeed, and Carlos leaves.

Not stated by Capcom, but more than likely to have gone to a normal life after defeating Mad Gear.
MAKI

Maki is Rena's sister and Guy's friend. She is also a Bushin master. When she learns about Rena's kidnapping, she phones Haggar for help. He agrees, and Maki, Haggar and Carlos go off and destroy Mad Gear once and for all. They rescue Rena and Genryusai.
STREET FIGHTER ALPHA 3 UPPER
Maki is searching for Guy, and I think she just wants to talk to him. I will tell you what her bio is after I have played Alpha 3 Upper as her. This will be updated as soon as I get more info. Maki is one of the few characters Capcom have used from the sequels to Final Fight.
Where she is now:
Still looking for Guy after he went missing. She wants to become the next Bushin master, so she has to defeat Guy first to do so.
DEAN

Dean had his family killed by the Skull Cross Gang after he refused to join them. He now seeks revenge on them, and after learning Haggar and co. are going to attack the Gang, he joins them. Dean has only ever been in Final Fight 3, and has probably returned to a normal life. He is/was a street fighter, but has never been in any Capcom Street Fighter games. Some people think he is a cyborg because of his power with electricity, but I really doubt that.

Not stated by Capcom, but may of returned to a normal life or carried on street fighting.
LUCIA

Lucia is part of the Metro City Crime Prevention team. After the city is attacked, she teams up with Guy, Haggar and Dean to crush the Skull Cross Gang. They win, and Lucia stays on the Crime Prevention team. She has only ever been in Final Fight 3, so there's little information about her.
Where she is now:
Probably still working at Metro City and on the Crime Team, even though Haggar isn't the mayor anymore.

Poison is in the Mad Gear gang with other look a likes such as Roxy. She and the gang terrorise the town, and she ever gets in trouble with the police the gang helps her out. Hugo is a powerful wrestler and part of the Andore strongman circus act. Until one day Mad Gear is mostly wiped out by Haggar, Guy and Cody. No matter what moves she tries she is defeated. Hugo also tries his best but is also defeated. In the end their boss is killed and they sulk of and regroup with the Mad Gear gang.
FINAL FIGHT REVENGE
Poison is having a difficult time. The gang are not showing up to help her out lately. She then gets into a plan to get Cody arrested, and succeeds. However things do not get better for Mad Gear, her boss is killed (again) and the Gang falls apart. She then meets Andore Hugo.
SF 3: 2nd IMPACT
Poison and Hugo finally decide that Hugo needs a tag team partner. It has to be the best though, and so
Hugo and Poison set off to find one by getting Hugo to fight people all over the world. They don't find one however, and so decide to make a plan.
SF 3: 3rd STRIKE
The plan is to make their own wrestling federation. They travel the world looking for members, who Hugo challenges. If Hugo wins, the loser if forced to join the Federation.
Where they are now:
Hugo is still wrestling with Poison being his manager.
