Hugo (an Andore) and Poison feature in this game, which was the second in the series of unpopular Street Fighter 3 games.
The final Street Fighter 3 game still has the same Final Fight characters as before.
SNK had a go at making a cross over game in 2003, and one of the characters on the Capcom side was Hugo, and Poison was still his manager.
