Street Fighter 3: New Generation was released to a mixed response. Most thought that it was a bit incomplete. And they would be right. You see, Capcom were rushed to bring out SF3. So Capcom have churned out another version with lots of improvements. One of these improvements includes a Final Fight character, and this is going to be the only character were going to look at. The main story is about this powerful god bloke called Gill, who is trying to seek out the most powerful Street Fighter's so they can join his group.
HUGO
Hugo is one of the Andores, he is suppose to be a normal Andore since he wears pink for his standard colour. He has left the Mad Gear gang after it fell apart. His story for entering the 3rd Street Fighter Tournament is that he and his manager are looking for a tag team partner so they can kick ass in a wrestling tournament. Hugo's manager is Poison, also from Final Fight. She isn't playable, but is helping Hugo to track down a perfect tag team partner. Hugo has lots of powerful moves to beat people with. The sprite for Hugo is pretty good but I prefer the Alpha style Final Fight characters. Time for a moves list:

Hugo is a powerful character but is rather slow. However he is the only playable Final Fight character in the game. His stage is in Germany and has no Final Fight people on at all, which is disappointing. The stage just has a big crowd watching and a couple of drunks dancing. The music for Hugo's stage also has nothing to do with Final Fight, it's definitely not a remix of any Final Fight tune. Never mind.
Hugo's is the only character to have multiple endings. Basically his last fight becomes his tag team partner in his ending. I have seen four different endings, these being Hugo and Gill, Hugo and Elena, Hugo and Ryu and Hugo and Necro. One of the endings says something like "tonight it's Hugo and Elena against Mike Haggar and Gunloc!" That's the only other Final Fight reference. However, some of the other names (Gunloc) are from the Capcom game Saturday Night Slam Masters.
For some unknown and god forsaken reason, The Street Fighter plot canon guide states that Hugo is not and Andore. He is a different character who just looks like and Andore. This must be the most stupendous stupid thing that I have ever heard, and for once I'm going against it. Hugo IS an Andore, despite what Capcom Japan say. Hugo looks like an Andore, acts like and Andore and has Poison as a manager. That's enough to convince me and should be enough to convince the fools at Capcom Japan...so put it like this, Capcom is wrong and I am right.
If Hugo is player 2 Poison looks like Roxy, but she is still Poison.
