The final part in the underrated Street Fighter 3 series is hardly different from 2nd Impact, but has new characters, music and stages. The bad news is Hugo is still the only character from Final Fight (if he actually IS from Final Fight....just read the plot canon if you don't understand that, sheesh), and the good news is...wait there's no good news. It's still a good game for the Street Fighter fans though. Anyway the story for this one is that Alex beat Gill the God and now Gill is looking for Alex as he is a chosen one for Gill's group. Meanwhile Hugo has no tag team partner so he and his manager Poison decide to start their own wrestling federation, and anyone Hugo beats is forced to join. Lets have a look at the moves again.
HUGO
SPECIAL MOVES:
GIANT PALM BOMBER: D, DL, L then P
SOMERSAULT PRESS: 360 DEGREE MOTION then P
SHOOTDOWN BACKBREAKER: R, D, DR then K
MONSTER LARIAT: D, DR, R then K
ULTRA THROW: R, DR, D, DL, L then K
MEAT SQUASHER: 360 DEGREE MOTION then K
SUPER ARTS: (Choose one)
GIGAS BREAKER: 360 DEGREE MOTION TWICE then P
MEGATON PRESS: D, DR, R, D, DR, R then P
HAMMER MOUNTAIN: D, DR, R, D, DR, R then P
Hugo has learnt a whole one new move since 2nd Impact and has renamed his "Hammer Press" Hammer Mountain for some strange reason. Oh well.
Hugo's stage this time is set in some house that has a load of toys in it. These toys also bounce when people hit the floor. Wow. Again the stage has nothing to with Final Fight, nor does the music. Which is disappointing FF fans.
Hugo's ending is how he gets lots of members in his group, including most of the Street Fighter 3 group (Twelve, Gill, Ryu and Ken etc) and just has Poison gloating how Hugo is unbeatable. It's a bit ridiculous anyway.
Well another short section as Hugo is the only thing about Final Fight in the game. Sigh. Never mind eh?
