The first game was a success for Capcom in 1993 so they decided to make a follow up for it in the following year. However most fans hate this game because it was a radical departure from before.

Ring of Destruction (or Super Muscle Bomber in Japan) was a very different style of game. Most people say that it now plays like a Street Fighter game. You could no longer move around anywhere in the ring, instead it was either left or right. Characters now had two punch and kick button attacks as well as grapple. And unlike before there was no pinning in the game- you simply had to knock the opponent out to win. And the system was now a best 2 of 3 rounds system. The four player mode is also gone.

As well as this more characters had been added and there were new stages to fight on. Characters had also been given many more special moves, which were mostly done in the same way as the ones found in the various Street Fighter games.

Anyway, Haggar was still in the game, and had a few new moves, including one that would appear in Final Fight 3. He also still had all of his moves from the first game. Jessica is also still in the game as part of one of Haggar's win poses.

Haggar's special moves:
Double Lariat: Both Punches or Both Kicks
Haggar will spin around with his arm out. Using both Punches will spin faster than both Kicks, and Haggar can be moved while spinning using the joystick.

Angry Hammer: B,F+Punch
Haggar dashes forward and smashes with an overhead punch. Using HP will dash farther than LP.

Violent Axe: HCF+Punch
Haggar will spin forward with two hammer fist smashes, which can hit multiple times. Using HP will spin farther than LP. This move will make another appearance in Final Fight 3.

Super Slam: Screw Piledriver (during Grab): 360º Motion+Grab
Haggar leaps with his opponent into the air, then spins furiously and pile drives them into the ground. Just like in Final Fight 2.

I don't think wasn't converted to any consoles, and I don't think it did that well since many fans simply refused to play it since it wasn't as good as the original. In other words you will either have to emulate it or go and try to find it in an arcade.
