"'So even was my brother, Boromir: a man of prowess, and for that he was accounted the best man in Gondor. And very valiant indeed he was: no heir of Minas Tirith has for long years been so hardy in toil, so onward into battle, or blown a mightier note on the Great Horn.' Faramir sighed and fell silent for a while."

Submit your work!

If you want any of your work (fiction or art) archived, please let us know at faramirfiction@gmail.com. We'd love to have it!

As for rules and criteria, we can be very brief. Faramir needs to be in it, and a play a major part at that.
This is an adult site, but that doesn’t mean we won’t archive material that is also suitable for more general audiences. All languages are welcome too. Just look around and judge for yourself if your work will fit in this environment. If the answer is yes, please get in touch: faramirfiction@gmail.com.

We can either archive links to your work at your own site, LiveJournal or wherever (as long as direct links are possible), or store your stories or art here.

In the first case (you want us to archive links to your work), just let us know where to link to, and -if these can't be found at the link's destination- it would be very handy if you could also include some basic information, like the title, pairing, rating, a short summary, and -when appropriate- warnings.

In the second case (you want us to store your work at the archive's pages), just sending a link is fine if your work is already posted somewhere else on the internet, or of course the actual file (whatever format you work with will do; if there are any problems, we'll be sure to let you know), whatever works for you. Again, please include the title, pairing, rating, a short summary, and (where necessary) warnings, and also the email address you'd like feedback to be sent to. Whatever other headings you want to include (your beta, a link to your site, comments or author's notes,...) is all up to you.
Authors: since we're using html, you can use bold and italics, just note we'll convert everything to the same font face and use horizontal rules between sections for uniformity.

Furthermore, every author and artist has her own page at the archive, listing all her work. If you want you can have a personal note, motto, link or whatever on there too. Hopefully you've all noticed the dark grey bar with the Faramir related quote on each page – if you have a favourite quotation to go with your work, just let us know.

And of course, if you have any questions or remarks, anything at all, please do get in touch.
