Mississippi State Route 302 is a east-west highway across Northern De Soto County. It runs from U.S. Rt. 61, near Walls to the De Soto/Marshall County Line. From U.S. Rt. 78, at Olive Branch, to the De Soto/Marshall County Line it is a four-lane divided highway.
