NPC STAFF BIOS:
Cap. Ivan Asimov: Asimov is a gruff, no-nonsense cop in his mid-fifties. He has steel gray hair in a short, military cut. He was in fact trained in the army as an M.P. before joining the c ivilian sector. He prefers the same level of discipline in his command. He has a wife, Eileen, and a son, Steven, who just graduated the police academy and now a rookie on the SPD.
Det. William "Wild Bill" Ward: "Wild Bill" is a misnomer, a joke nickname given by the ot her cops at SPD. William Ward bases his policework on one thing, the book. He follows to a "t", and his reports are always filled out perfectly. He never exhibits high degrees of emotion, and does not fraternize with other officers. He does, however, h ave one of the highest arrest rates of any detective in the SPD. Ward is of average height and weight. He normally wears brown outfits with glasses perched on a high, sharp nose that he always seems to be looking down.
Det. Stewart Lansing: Lansing is the proverbial "wolf in sheep's clothing". He plays up to everyone, but his only purpose in joining th e SCD is to crack, or more preferably take credit, for one of those high-profile cases. His sole motivation is fame. He plans to write a book (though he's never written anything), and maybe play himself in the movie (though he's rarely in an audience, m u ch less in front of one). He keeps a radio tuned to the police frequency around him at all times. If he suspects that there's a potential PR situation, he takes off for the site. Lansing has sandy blond hair and typically dresses in knock-off versions of high fashion suits. He's not unattractive, but not nearly as handsome as he thinks he is. Asimov did not request him; he pulled several favors to get transferred.
Det. Francis Mulroney: Mu lroney has fought for everything she's gotten. She fought to join the force, she fought to make detective, and she fought to get transferred to homicide. She's worked under Asimov before and respects him greatly. She did not hesitate when he asked her to move to SCD. Her drive and determination have left several partners in the dust. She's learned not to expect much from her partners. Mulroney has never had direct experience with the supernatural community, however she expects it to treat her position w ith the respect that it deserves. Mulroney is a small woman with short brown hair. Her outfits are comfortable and functional.
