he ghostwolf--bows to him, a human gesture learned over years of interaction with humans. "And as the sage says, 'In times of haste, better a decision made in deliberation.' Should you wish to leave the woods, the garrison at Seven Maples is almost directly north of you, and their patrols will no doubt run into you before you arrive. If not, perhaps we shall meet again. I wish you a fair sleep." And with that, the ghostwolf lopes away. The night is growing deeper, and the shadows deeper still. "Early to bed, early to rise, assists the man who would be wise; late to bed, early to rise, makes it impossible to open his eyes." So Fooyan decides to rest there, and see where his dreams take him. He's going to try to have his dreams take him to those who would help him; after all, something like this should have been noticed by others.
