Mephizius was committed on August 4, 1999 due to utter obsession with the Master. Before her commital she spent all her free time (and most of the rest of her time) making sketches and paintings of Methos on anything she could get her hands on. She spent more time talking to Him through the television than with anyone else, so she -- thaks to her knack for languages and accents -- developed an accent so thick that people began wondering about her origins. Following in His footsteps, she made them wonder. Finally, with nowhere left to etch his likeness and no more blue ink, she retreated to the sanctuary of her computer and the Holy Temples on the Internet that bore His name. She filled up most of her computer's memory with pictures of Him and twittered about sound clips until one day she stopped. "It's finally happened," she heard him say from the still-running televison. "You've lost your mind." At that instant, she stumbled across the Asylum.
