Photo Diary

Hi there! Captain Aquamarine here!

Now, you may or may not be aware that last week (see dates above) I had a certain Captain Ebony visit me and stay with me, as well as a visit from Captain Cerise and Captain Teal at the weekend (16th and 17th that is). This page'll give you some sort of idea of what we got up to, though I'm afraid we didn't get any pictures of the best part! Want more information, just ask any one of us about the "Andromeda"!

So, here we go! A few pictures for you!

Strange way to start, huh? This was supposed to be a picture proving big Mysteron agent Ebony has been known to wear Spectrum issue items before. She wore a cap I have with the Spectrum logo on the front but the picture didn't really work as you can tell. Everyone who's seen it, Jay included said it looks like a dog in the shot.

Here we can see two Mysterons after having hijacked Thunderbird 2! No, honestly! Thunderbird 2 was at my local funfair! Still is and has been for ages actually

Just in case anyone needed further proof, this definitely is the Thunderbird! Y'know, guys, Virgil Tracy's gonna be needing that!

Captains Cerise and Teal, the former showing what sort of sense of humour she has by coming out with the line "I'm on the phone!" (May not be clear, but that thing is shaped like a phone and regularly rang while we were there, asking to talk to the driver!)

Aquamarine and Ebony caught playing on the carousel! Funny thing is, all these things had names and there was a cockerel named Adam. I bet you can tell what I was thinking. "Hey, Ebony, Adam's a...!" (I won't repeat it, some Blue fans may get offended!)

Ebony and Aquamarine! This is probably one of the few times you'll ever catch me wearing all black! But look how dedicated Ebony is, with the Mysteron rings tattooed on her arm! (We were in a toy store and found Captain Scarlet temporary tattoos! Lol!)

All four of us outside a place Captains Black and Ebony are sure to want to buy their weekly shopping from! Cadbury! It's doubtful whether the person who took this for us can see this picture now, but on the offchance, thanks!

This was taken while we were sitting on a 'bloke' as Ebony so memorably said, obviously by accident, but she hasn't lived it down yet!

What d'you think? Is Ebony quite comfy here? This was taken probably on the way to visit an Aquarium, though we went on the ferry so often it's really hard to tell! And yes, this is the only photo I took on the Monday, I was quite unwell so the camera ended up getting forgotten.

Oh dear, Ebony's found a weapon of mass destruction, then again, looking at her expression I'd say there's a certain Mysteron head agent on her mind!

Okay, so now she's wearing a police officer's cap! Taken one evening on a routine visit to Toys R Us!

I thought Mysterons didn't agree with electricity, or is it electricity doesn't agree with them? Either way, that's still an electric pylon Ebony here is leaning against! Taken just before her beloved Captain Black was kidnapped!

Jay seems to have convinced herself that she was going to get Black back by throwing that digger at my dad. Maybe, maybe not. She got him back after my brother jumped on my dad, and knocked them all to the floor, resulting in Black getting covered in dust. By the way, the Black referred to here is a teddy bear!

I'm there somewhere, that little white and blue person near the middle bottom. We were both stood on the deck of the HMS Victory, apparently it belonged to some bloke called Nelson, something about a battle of Trafalgar? ;-) I do know a little bit of history! (Picture is a link to other photos without people in of just a few local things to serve as reminders)

This is a take one sorta thing. Someone walked across in front of us. We took another because we thought he was further into the shot than he was. Possibly a good thing we retook it though, looks as though Ebony's got her eyes shut!

There we go, that's better. No hands at the side and a Mysteron with her eyes open. Hmm, wait a minute, someone must have tampered with my camera for her to show up!

A not so wonderful picture of yours truly. Ebony pinched the camera and took it while the wind was not in my favour! I'll say now though, that's my Spectrum colour-coded tunic. I pinched it from the Colonel and pulled the epaulettes off! (Ok, so I know it's not, but humour me, okay?) Ebony was actually caught and photographed wearing it, but isn't it typical, that photo didn't turn out!

I got her back for the bad picture! This is her on the same Wight Link ferry taking us to the Isle of Wight. A pity that the wind was more favourable for her than for me!

I think it's safe to say we all know who took this photo. It's one of the few that came out from our trip to the Waxworks museum on the Isle of Wight in an exhibition called the Chamber of Horrors. You can't tell from this photo but the eyes actually glowed red! I still say this is Ebony's handiwork

This is what happens when you turn your back on a Mysteron. They lock you in funny looking dungeons...

...that had no doors! Try harder next time, Ebony!

Ok, we were very teary by this point. This was taken the morning Jay left outside my house. It was the last one taken of either of us.

Well, there you go, that's all my photos, and I can tell you, I well up everytime I see them. Jay, I know you can see this page. That week was the best I had, I just wish it hadn't ended. Miss you, hun.

To Sue and Miles, the weekend we spent was great fun and I hope we can all meet up again soon.
