True to his upbringing in the barrens, Badger truly knows the value of a human life, and has no problems snuffing it out if the ends justify the means, he however never accepts wetwork. Theodore is a cynic and always sees the worst in people before he even thinks they might be an acceptable person, he claims it saves time.

Theodore is also very touchy about racism, NEVER EVER refer to him as a halfer...  he hurts people who do.

 

 

 

Background

Theodore grew up in a typical low class family in Tacoma his family was ok with his being a dwarf and he had a normal childhood. he from a young age knew he was born to be a fighter - his interest in knives, swords and guns starting early, he managed to get a job with Wolverine security, but he was continually given warehouse jobs defending massive stores of toilet paper, this held no appeal for Theodore so he quit and he quickly slipped into the shadows using his skills with security systems and electronics to help install security systems for various shady characters, and funneled most of his money into his cyberware, he was contracted for a job by a street doc who needed a large supply of bioware for several people, Theodore was part of the team and they escaped with over 3 times the haul the doctor needed, most sold the parts to the doc, but Theodore asked the doc to install them.

The Bioware elevated Theodore's rep up to the level of professional, he took several runs and was instrumental in their success, his rep quickly grew, he is a true pro in every sense of the word.
