Mafia Soldier, Tony Belbano, Level 1

Danny doesn't really like the shadows, he wants to hit a big score, get a new identity, and go teach college football in some other place of the ucas. but an airtight new identity isn't cheap, especially for a recently out of jail criminal.

Since he was 5, Danny played football, through school and high school it was always football, he knew it was his meal ticket, either as a player, or in the support staff of a major team.

He studied all aspects of the sport, both on and off the field, worked extra duties for his high school team, read all manner of biographies and even wrote for the sports section of his high school email. Danny was accepted to NYU on a football scholarship and he followed an academic sideline of sports medicine. He was a gifted footballer, and one of the best defensive players in college.

He graduated with a diploma in sports medicine and had just signed the contracts to play for the *ucas team*, he went out nightclubbing with his college buddies, in a drunken stupor he stumbled in front of a speeding nissan-chrysler jackrabbit, his leg bones were shattered beyond repair, and needed amputation, his spine had several fractures but by a miracle his spinal cord had not been severed. The management of his football club were under contractual obligations through their medical plan to pick up the bill on his injuries, they capitalized on the situation. and filled his body with some of the best modifications money could buy, cyber legs with hydraulic jacks and quickness enhancements, titanium bone lacing, and dermal plating.

when he was fully healed he took his place on the field, and after a few demonstrations of his power, he became the starting linebacker. he quickly destroyed league records for quarterback sacks and serious injuries, he was worth every cent that *team* had paid for him. However they didn't bank on Danny becoming unstable. one night he was confronted by a bunch of fans who proceeded to try beating him up, after he killed one the other 2 ran, he chased them down and beat them severely, putting them both in intensive care. This was captured on camera by some paparazzi who was following him around, and thanks to the incriminating video footage clearly demonstrating that it had not been self defense, Danny was sent to jail. There his celebrity status kept him from the worst of trouble, he was friendly with the imprisoned Mafia there and learned alot about the underworld and about the yakuza aswell as the mafia.

When Danny was released all his assets had been sold to meet compensation claims, he couldnt get a job playing football, he was knocked back for every coaching staff position he applied for and high schools wouldn't even hire him due to his history as a violent criminal. so he called a few people and earned an audience with the Don of Seattle who turned him onto a mafia fixer who showed him the shadows as hired muscle.
