The first head coach in Warrior history was Gus Offerman. Mr. Offerman graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Stanford University and a Masters Degree from the University of Southern California. He coached the high school football team for four years compiling an overall record of 10-31-3. At Tehachapi High School, he taught the subjects of History, Economics, Physical Education, and Athletics.
