You look around the store and see many things. You wonder to yourself how he is able to afford keeping the store running - as there is quite a lot of what you believe is junk.
Daar looks around the store, his eyes - first looking at you - and then at the different items he has in his store. He is sizing you up, and you know it. He hopes, and you do too - in some minor way, that he will be able to show you something that you are interested in.
He does so with such genuine sincerity, that you actually consider the fact that he may be naive and one to be taken advantage of.
Your theory is quickly vanquished, however, when he stops pacing around the store and comes right up to you. He looks around, seeming to be suspicious of bugs or tracers you think. Then you stop as you realize that he has a top of the line detection device encased within his doorway. You couldn't have gotten a bug or tracer in here if you tried.
Instantly, your respect for this man goes up a notch - and you take a genuine interest in the items in this store. Perhaps he does have something of interest for you.
Your respect goes up even higher when you suddenly notice that the room has been equipped with security scanners and laser traps. Indeed, it seems this store has more than meets the eye. Fortunately, you think, yours is trained to perceive such things unnoticeable to the normal customer. You smile and begin to look around.
