25th February - Jerry had a farewell gathering with his fans at Olio Dome.

22nd February - MediaCorp artiste Jerry Chang's contract has expired and he is not renewing it. He will be going back to Taiwan to keep his grandfather company. But fans of Jerry, take heart. The 1997 Star Search winner says that there may be chances to work with MediaCorp again in future. Jerry's film appearances include The New Adventures of Wisely, Legends Of The Eight Immortals, Don't Worry Be Happy and most recently Dare To Strike. The actor also cut his self-titled album in 1999. 20th February - Jerry finally announced that he decided not to renew contract with MediaCorp. Will return to Taiwan to pursue his new acting career!
