It is difficult to put into words what it is like to watch the sunrise in the middle of a sand sea, so I won't bother.
After breakfast we set off south towards Hmeem. We progressed really well with Ian Roberts leading the group through some interesting dunes.
We then had a bit of delay whilst we changed a wheel on Chris's Defender after he popped a tyre.
Once that was fixed and we were moving again, Mike and I decided that we should head towards the road in order to get to Liwa for the final part of our To Do List (arrange Benny's accommodation for Desert Challenge)
Ian then led us to some good tracks that headed West and approximately 24Km from the Hmeem Road.
