Detailed description:
T'Pol's positions aboard the Enterprise NX-01 are Science Officer and Observer for the Vulcans. She was sent to witness the progress of the humans aboard Enterprise. She considerers humans to be primitive and irrational, but she develops a respect for Captain Archer. T'Pol becomes one of his trusted and loyal officer. On their first mission Captain Archer is badly injured so she has to take command of the Enterprise.
Later on T'Pol stayed onboard the Enterprise as a Science Officer and as a First Officer, she is thrilled with her posts on board the Enterprise, she views her posts as being hardship posts, so she can study how humans react and cope with pressure, she actually begins to envy humans and become fascinated with them, she samples their food, but she prefers Vulcan meals at breakfast, she observes their behavior and she even studies human mating rituals.
