Yes, Fierce Creatures, one of the best Monty Python related films made. Starring our Python... stars? John Cleese and Michael Palin and once again, they've roped in Jamie Lee Curtis and Kevin Kline, to help (boy, they must have paid them well). John plays a middle aged man named Rollo who works for Octopus, a huge company owned by a very Rupert Murdoch based Rod McCain (Kevin Kline). He knows nothing about zoo's, but has been put in charge anyway and he introduces a new scheme, where only fierce creatures will be allowed in the zoo. The keepers are outraged, and, led by Adrian Bugsy Malone (Michael Palin), rebel against Rollo with several hair brained and um... well, they rebel against him in lots of clever ways. Willa, played by Jamie Lee Curtis, is a sexy marketing executive, sent to the zoo to help Rollo out. Unfortunately, Rod's "idiot son" Vince (Also Kevin Kline) tags along, trying to impress Willa. A plot then unfolds, but I'm too lazy to write it out (see the script for the full story). They aren't the only cast who appear in both Fierce Creatures and A Fish Called Wanda though, Maria Aitken who plays Wendy in A Fish Called Wanda, plays Di, Rollo's assistant, and Cynthia Cleese who played Portia, plays Pip, a young zoo keeper. Tom Georgeson, who played George Thompson (clever, eh?) in A Fish Called Wanda, also makes a two minute appearance eyeing up a young sea lion impersinator. For more familiar faces, click here.
